Jeff Scroggin—CEO
Jeff brings over twenty five years' experience in high technology, having worked with industry leaders such as Oracle, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and EMC. Jeff has held executive management roles with established companies as well as start ups, with responsibility for product management, product marketing, field marketing, alliances, and sales. He earned his undergraduate degree in engineering at Stanford University where he was nominated a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Jeff received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Rob Parnell—Hardware Engineering
Rob is responsible for design and development of Plaster Networks' powerline networking equipment - including Ethernet adapters and powerline isolators. Prior to joining Plaster Networks, Rob served in senior design engineering roles at Metricom and PointRed Technologies. Rob earned a bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and masters degree from Georgia Tech, both in Electrical Engineering.
Travis Reeder—Software Engineering
Travis is the architect for Plaster Networks Service, bringing 15 years of web application development experience to the company. Prior to joining Plaster Networks he founded ecommStats Web Analytics and SideStripe Social Search, developing software-as-a-service applications for large, global user communities. Previously, Travis managed development teams at Siebel Systems and db4objects. Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.

Paul Baran-Chairman
Paul Baran is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur widely known as the inventor of
packet switching, the foundation technology for the Internet. Based on his
technology ideas over the years, he has started eight ventures, of which
five went public and three reached a market cap exceeding $1 billion each.
He is an IEEE Life Fellow, an Inductee of the National Inventors' Hall of
Fame, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American
Academy of Arts and Sciences. He recently received the Presidential National
Medal for Technology and Innovation.
Dave Baran
Dave is the President and CEO of GoBackTV, a provider of digital headend
solutions that enable television operators to deliver personal-TV services.
Prior to founding GoBackTV, he held several assignments at Com21 (a supplier
of system solutions for the broadband access market) including Vice
President of DOCSIS Products. Dave holds two patents in the areas of image
processing and distributed systems communications. He earned an MBA from the
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Quantitative
Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Steve Millard
Steve Millard is co-founder of Pathfinder Partners, an organization working
with US National Security groups in their anti-terrorism activities. He is a
Silicon Valley entrepreneur and co-founder of 5 NASDAQ companies. Steve has
served on numerous boards, including: the Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania; the Kellogg School, Northwestern University; the
Entrepreneurial Center at Wharton; and the School of Public Policy at
UC-Berkeley. He's a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the National Defense
University.
Jim Omura
Jim has served as a member of the engineering faculty at UCLA from 1969 to
1984. Subsequently, he founded the Cylink Corporation, a leader in data
encryption systems for enterprise networks. Jim holds over 20 patents. He is
an IEEE Fellow, member of the National Academy of Engineering, the recipient
of the 2005 IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal, and an inductee into the
Silicon Valley Engineering Council Hall of Fame. Dr. Omura is currently the
Technology Strategist for the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation in Palo
Alto. He obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees from MIT and a Ph.D. degree from
Stanford University, all in Electrical Engineering.
