Plaster Networks is committed to maintaining and protecting the privacy of your personal information. A. Information We Collect

- Equipment Information: Equipment IDs, serial numbers, and equipment settings and software.

- Plaster Networks Promotions. Plaster Networks may also use your information and disclose such information to our staff and/or authorized agents to provide you with information regarding our products and promotions, to support your use of our products and services, to process any of your online transactions, and for any other purpose related to the operation of this Site and the programs, products and services offered on it.

As an example, data that is not personally identifiable is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the Service.
C. Protecting the Privacy of Your Information
The Service involves transmission of network performance and diagnostic information about the powerline network on your premises. We are committed to keeping your powerline network information private and secure. We will not make your powerline network information publicly available. In order to provide customer support, Plaster Networks employees and third party service providers may need to view your powerline network information. Plaster Networks does not maintain a record in data form of any information accessed, sent, or received by devices attached to the powerline ethernet adapters.
D. Keeping You Informed
If you are registered with Plaster Networks, we will notify you in email about new features, products and promotions. We may also send you information on carefully screened third parties whose products or services may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe to these notification services through your account profile on the Site, through e-mail, or by contacting customer service. From time to time, we may send you product and service announcement updates with important information about Plaster Networks. Service announcements may contain information vital to your account, so members may not unsubscribe from these announcements.
E. Use of Cookies and other Technology
Plaster Networks uses "Persistent Cookies" that are small data files stored by your web browser on your computer's hard drive. Plaster Networks never saves information, such as your password or your credit card number, in persistent cookies. You may modify your browser preferences to provide you with choices relating to cookies. If you chose to reject all cookies, you may not be able to access all functions of the Site. F. Providing Services Through Third Parties

If you have any complaint regarding Plaster Networks’ use of your information, you may e-mail it to privacy@plasternetworks.com. If requested, Plaster Networks will delete or change any information you have provided to us. You may "opt-out" of any Plaster Networks marketing relationship we have with you by choosing to opt-out where such option is available or by sending an email to privacy@plasternetworks.com.

Personal Information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Plaster Networks or its affiliates or agents maintain facilities, and by using the products, Service and Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Any information that you provide to a third party website that links to or from the Site or any information collected by any third party is not governed by this Privacy Policy but by the privacy policy, if any, of such third party. K. Termination
If you terminate your account, we will maintain your information only as long as necessary for business purposes. Your information may remain in our archives and records until they are destroyed.
