Plaster Networks Return Policy

Plaster Networks products come with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee and a 1-year Warranty. If for whatever reason you should have any concerns or problems setting up your adapters and require technical assistance, please e-mail support@plasternetworks.com or phone our support team at 650-329-9203x206. Should we be unable to resolve your problem, then we will gladly provide an exchange unit or a refund of the purchase price for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items should be returned in new condition with original product packaging and accessories. If you return an item that was purchased using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the portion of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Prior to returning any items, please contact Plaster Networks Technical Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number (e-mail: support@plasternetworks.com, phone: +1-650-329-9203 x206). Be sure to have your proof of purchase available. Upon receiving a Return Authorization Number, you may send returns to:

Mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. With the item(s) you return, please be sure to include your name, phone number, e-mail, mailing address, a copy of your original proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. Please see below for more information on exchanges and refunds.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and would like to exchange it, please include a brief explanation of the problem with the unit. Be sure to provide your name, daytime phone number, e-mail, and address where you would like us to ship the replacement product. Plaster Networks will ship replacement units to you via UPS Ground. Customers located outside of the United States of America and Canada are responsible for all shipping, handling, and any duty charges.

Refunds

Plaster Networks shall issue refunds in the same method that the company received payment for the items. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
