Plaster Networks Return Policy

Plaster Networks products come with a 1-year Warranty. If you received a faulty item and would like to exchange it, please e-mail returns@plasternetworks.com. Include a brief explanation of why you would like to return the equipment along with your name, daytime phone number, e-mail, and address where you would like us to ship the replacement product(s). Plaster Networks will respond with a Return Authorization Number and shipping address for you to return the original equipment to us.

Items should be returned in new condition with original product packaging and accessories. Mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. With the item(s) you return, please be sure to include your name, phone number, e-mail, mailing address, a copy of your original proof of purchase. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. If you return an item that was purchased using a promotional certificate or discount, you will be refunded the amount paid for the products after the discount.

Upon receiving the return units from you, Plaster Networks will ship replacement units via UPS Ground. Customers located outside of the United States of America are responsible for all shipping, handling, and any duty charges.
